The F.I.T. Outdoors Program will provide you with full body exercises using resistance tubes, your own body weight, gravity, steps, stairs and hills, and a host of other natural resources. No crazy choreography or weird exercise machines. Just simple, basic, exercises that anyone can do. Suitable even for complete beginners.
