We have a beautiful weeping cherry tree in the front yard that is around 10 years old. Last spring much to our surprise it did not bud and did not grow leaves. I noticed another one in Fairfax that stayed bare as well. I see that it shows no buds now either, so I wonder if it's going to remain dormant this year too? It's not dead though. We have not done anything special that would have affected it. Does anyone have a clue here or an idea of who I can call to find out? I wonder if it has anything to do with the climate the past 2 years?
