I have just had landscapers plant a Weeping Japanese Cherry tree in my front walk area. The tree looks dead to us. There are browns leaves and the leaves that are green all have holes in them. (it looks like bugs have been eating the leaves) Would you recommend that we call them to replace it. I am not sure how the tree was supposed to look at first, but it certainly doesnt match the picture on the tag. Any suggestions would be great
