And you are right.. "connections" or even this small unrelated award clearly didn't mean anything when it came to the new $600 million rebuilding contract still in the acquisition/selection phase. Just goes to show, the less one knows the better the ability to spin and accuse through innuendo as is regular fare for the "perps"...
