I'm in dire need of a plan for my yard (can't quite call it "garden") and would like to know if someone knows of a person or company who would do both planning and planting at a REASONABLE cost.

Most of the local chain nurseries (Merrifield, MeadowFarm) will provide a planning service.

But maybe you could find a useful plan here => http://www.gardenplans.com/beds.html

Thanks for the info. Merrifield is VERY expensive, and seem to prefer big jobs, but I'll try Meadows.
