I just discovered this place recently. It's at the Fair Oaks Mall and is simply the BEST buffet I have ever experienced. It's a bit pricey, especially on the weekends ($28 per adult) but it is very much worth it!

The restaurant is mainly found on the U.S. west coast and in Asia. According to their Web site, the Fairfax location is the first of it's kind on the east coast. I've never seen such a variety of sushi/sashimi!

If you love sushi, you've gotta go here.
