Save the date! Saturday, April 9, from 8 am - 12 noon. Call all scouts, students, civic groups, neighbors of all ages! Please help clean up the winter trash that has washed into Runnymede Park and along Sugarland Run.
Meet at the entrance to Runnymede Park between 8 am and noon. Volunteer for an hour or all morning and get free hot dogs and cookies when you turn in your trash!
Call ahead if raining heavily 703-435-6800 ext. 2014, the clean up may get moved.
Recommended attire: long pants and sleeves, old boots and gloves. We'll supply the trash bags, park maps and clean up team guides!
